The Aviary is the perfect spot for an intimate dining party while our Mess room, complete with its own bar, would be the ideal space for birthday celebrations or post work drinks. The Glass House

Our largest room, the Conservatory is a breath-taking space filled with natural light and views of the adjacent gardens. The room can easily be tailored to your needs, from seated dining to an extravagant dance floor. Guests can also spill out onto our decking area too.

The Aviary

The Aviary is perfect for hosting smaller, more intimate events. We can seat up to 20 for a private dinner, or there is plenty of standing space to host larger drinks parties with canapés. With its large glass doors, The Avery is well lit and is elegantly decorated with overhead hanging plants. It’s the perfect venue for small gatherings, engagement parties, intimate wedding receptions or corporate meetings.

The Mess

Complete with its own bar, The Mess is our most popular bookable space. With its tall windows, comfy armchairs and central cast iron fireplace, it’s the ideal space for entertaining. It offers a relaxed and comfortable setting for an informal meeting space.

Supreme Mess

The Supreme Mess offers guests both the Avery and Mess combined via adjoining doors. This beautiful space is perfect for those larger gatherings and a space sure to impress your guests.

This place oozes class and sophistication, whilst also having that warm relaxing homely feel. A truly remarkable mix of classic and modern styles interior and exterior. Each room within the Guardhouse have different styles so you are sure to find the one right for you and your group. Situated in the historic Royal arsenal with the Thames River just a couple of minutes walk away.

I hosted my book launch at the Guard House on the 1st of December 2018. The service we received was impeccable and the food was so delicious. Thank you Dan and Rikki for going out of your way to support my big day and thank you to Imogen for being amazing behind the bar! I will definitely be hosting more event in this venue.

What a beautiful building. friendly helpful staff great location. I hired one of the rooms for my twin boys 18th and they done us proud it was the best birthday present they had ever had. their words not mine. and surprisingly very reasonable price and availability especially as we booked it just before Christmas. my recommendation is if you need to have a party this is the place to do it, if you just want a night out in a special location this is also the place 10 11 out of 10.
